About Us

Founded in 2020, the American Landmark Artists in Residence program brings art to everyday living. Through this initiative, American Landmark Apartments provides no-cost housing, a monthly teaching stipend, and dedicated studio space for up to one year to select visual artists, culinary artists, musicians, and educators. In exchange, residents lead weekly, on-site art programming designed to inspire creativity and connection within their apartment communities.

What began as a bold idea has grown into a dynamic platform for both artists and residents. The program has supported emerging creatives across many states, offering meaningful career opportunities while creating new ways for neighbors to gather, learn, and engage.

As the program continues to expand to additional American Landmark properties, applications are accepted on a rolling basis for future residency opportunities.
