Victoria Montanez-Roberts
Chef Victoria is a proud Queens, NY native with deep Haitian and Puerto Rican roots that inspire every dish she creates. From a young age, she found joy helping her mother, grandmother, and aunts in the kitchen—planting the seeds for a lifelong love of food and culture. Her passion for bold Caribbean flavors led her to become a certified home chef through the Shef platform, where she developed her own menu and quickly gained recognition for her delicious offerings.
After earning rave reviews, Chef Victoria expanded into catering and has been serving the Houston area for over four years. Her culinary talent has caught the attention of high-profile clients including LL Cool J, Questlove, and The Roots. She also opened and operated her own takeout restaurant, Vicky’s Island Hop, in Missouri City, TX.
Now serving as the Culinary Artist in Residence at EightyOne10 Blue Goose, Chef Victoria brings her flavorful, soulful approach to food to the Manor community. Through hands-on events and vibrant meals, she aims to connect people, share culture, and turn every bite into an experience to remember.
